In particular, nurturing massage techniques featured in the “Therapeutic Massage” and “Hair Stimulation Massage” has been passed down for generations in Bali but are rarely practiced in other spas on the island. These nurturing movements are locally know as “sayang sayang” which calms not just the body but the mind and spirit.
